Akshaye Khanna’s next venture is a Priyadarshan flick, titled Mere Baap Pehle Aap. A comedy, it also stars Genelia D'Souza, Naseeruddin Shah and Archana Puran Singh, along with the usual suspects (for a Priyadarshan film) like Paresh Rawal, Om Puri and Rajpal Yadav. According to sources, Akshaye, Paresh and Genelia have wrapped up shooting a promotional song for the film. Apparently, the set for the song was worth one crore. Imagine the budget for the entire film. Anyhow, this is the third time Priyadarshan has roped in Akshaye for a comedy. His previous two efforts, Hulchul and Hungama were a riot and did extremely well at the box-office. Let’s hope we get an entertainment-filled flick.
